Kathleen (Kaye) Conrad Johanson an elect wife and mother, born to Stan and Kathy Conrad July 9th 1946 in North Hollywood California. Kay passed away November 8th 2011 in her home, surrounded by her family, from complication due to cancer.
The Memorial will be held in the LDS church building located at 7035 Lochness Ave, West Valley City, Utah at 11am on Thursday November 17th.
