Diane Davis Obituary Diane Davis, daughter, sister, aunt, niece and friend to everyone, passed away December 21, 2011 in Salt Lake City, Utah.  She was born December 29, 1946 in Salt Lake City to E. Carvel & Betty Linnell Davis.  She served an LDS mission to France and was an active member of the LDS Church serving in many positions throughout her life. She loved music, was a licensed beautician and a technical writer.

Diane was preceded in death by her parents and brother Wayne L. Davis. She is survived by her sister, Julie (Royal) Jolley, Waterloo, Iowa and brother, Rick (Leslie) Davis. Nephews, Nathan, Jeremy, Andrew, Christopher, Michael and Eric; and her niece Brooke Priest. Also survived by 23 grand nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 28 at the Mountain View 3rd Ward, 1889 S 1700 E at 12:00 noon. Viewings will be held Tuesday, December 27 at the Holladay-Cottonwood Memorial Mortuary, 4670 S Highland Dr from 6-8 p.m., and one hour prior to the funeral on Wednesday at the church.
