Mel (Lee) Draper

Spent 10 yrs in the Navy including serving two tours in Vietnam after I graduated. When I got out I moved to L.A. where I became as hippie. 4 years later i mine back to Utah where I built mobile homes for 2 years. Then I moved back to California where I went to college and meet my wife Earline Petty. We were married in 73, and I helped raise her 2 children from a previous marriage. We had 2 more children together one in 74 and one in 76. We moved around due to work quite a few times until she passed away in 1996, during which time I mainly worked as a truck driver 4 Beacon Van Lines and a couple other companies. I have also worked for maintenance companies and Schools. I earned my AS in psychology when I was in college. I became fully disabled in 89. I went back to college in 2003 2004 to get my degree for an alcohol and drug counselor but did not complete. I have not remarried, but I am engaged to a 31 lady in the Philippines by the name of Estella which which I hope to get the money to bring her to the states soon so I can marry her, which leads me to where I am now currently living with my daughter Donna in Chico California along with her children. I now have 13 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. and many unofficially adopted children who call me Dad and many more who Call me grandpa.

Anywhere in Asia. Going to Disneyland, Colins lake here in California. Hawaii, Philippines and Australia are all very beautiful places I enjoyed going. I like to go to my local wrestling venues here in Chico.

One of my favorite memories is my brothers and I throwing crab apples and snowballs at the cops driving down the road. I remember helping out with basketball and football during the years I went to high school. I remember fond memories of my high school graduation.
