In 1965 I married James Stallsmith on November 24. This year we will have our 49th anniversary. Guess I was lucky to marry my soul mate. Most of my High School years were spent working for Mom and Dad’s business, Schorr’s Drive Inn on 33rd south. Remember it was the place to go after all our High School games. Those years left me with very fond memories. In 1972 we sold Schorr’s , so Jim and I decided to start our family. Being a mother is one of my greatest joys and having four grandchildren is love, love, love, love. We did some traveling, ran the white waters of the Colorado; saw some of the west and east of the USA. Traveled through some of Europe, got to Germany where my parents immigrated from. Went to East Germany were my mother was born; it put me and the kids in shock, we also saw the Berlin Wall, (before it was torn down). Makes you glad to be an American. Now I’ve entered those golden years or is it rusty years, Arthur has come to visit me and I’ve learned to live with a fourteen disk fusion. So let us celebrate 50 years since High School! Who’d believe?
