June 26, 2021 Get-together

'HEAR YE, HEAR YE FELLOW TITANS. Come one, come all to an intimate and informal Titan reunion / get-together. As we're trying to forget the Virus and lock-downs of 2020 and as time slips away and more of the class of 1964 leave this life, several of us want to get together to renew acquaintances.

Set aside the date of Saturday, June 26, 2021 from noon until about 4:00 PM. 

We will meet at Sugar House Park, Hidden Grove Pavilion on the East Side.

It would be very helpful for our planning to know your intentions.

2019 Picnic Successful - August 10, 2019

We had upwards of 100 classmates and partners attend at Sugar House Park.

Lots of old friendships renewed and memories of those who have left us.  We now know of 95 classmates who have passed on.

Many thanks to Dave Burnett for organizing a picture late in the day of those attending.  See the photo gallery in the left margin of this page.

50 YEARS of PHOTOGRAPHS - D. BURNETT - May 22, 2014

David Burnett has put together a slide program of his photographs from the last fifty years.  The images are stunning.  Play the slide show by going to the menu item on the left, Remembering 1964, and clicking the link.

BEATLES, SIGNUPS, & the MISSING - March 9, 2014

Added a link to a rich tribute to The Beatles created by a high school class in New York.  Click on the left menu item Remembering 1964 to get to the link. 

Updated the 50th Year Reunion agenda and implemented an initial count on event attendance.  Click on the 50th Year Reunion menu text, scroll down, and indicate which events you would like to attend.  For a few months, you may change your mind at any time.  No payment is due. This preliminary count will be very helpful for the reunion committees.

Missing Classmates are now only unregistered Titans without email addresses.  We are getting down to folks who are tough to find.  They represent 29% of the Class.  Pass along any information you may have.

1964 VIDEO POSTED – January 21, 2014

PBS recently aired a two-hour special on the year, 1964, on The American Experience program.  We have posted a link to the video.  Click on the left menu item Remembering 1964 for details.

THE WAY WE WERE PHOTOS ADDED - November 18

Added a section of group photos provided by classmates on the left side menu.  These are typically pre-high school pictures of classes and neighbors.  Any classmate may submit a photo, but final approval for posting is granted by the site administrator.

WEBSITE LAUNCHED - August 16, 2013

Site launched with only a handful of registrations the first few days.  Now, many more.  See Finding Fellow Titans for an update.  If I misspelled your name, correct it when you register.  

Initially there are only a few yearbook pictures loaded up, but there will be more until all Titans have a picture, thanks to the Wilhelmsen brothers who are tackling the project.
