After graduating from the University of Utah, I followed my husband Rok to graduate school at Utah State & than a move to St. Louis where he attended dental school. We moved to Colorado in 1976 where he established a dental practice. I helped part-time in the dental office & volunteered in my children's schools and our Greeley community. When our children were in junior high, I went to work for United Way. I spent 20 years on the staff of United Way of Weld County in various positions, mainly focusing on children's programing. After retirement I served two terms on our school board. Four years ago I helped create a education foundation for our school district. I am currently serving as executive director on a volunteer basis.
